Description and information: The Colosseum Diffuser uses a non-heat and waterless cold air diffusion technology to produce an invisible, lightweight, dry nano mist. That innovative machinery processes the fragrance oils and makes the mist stay suspended in the air for much longer, as well as offers more coverage without altering the therapeutic benefits or the smell. The ultra-quiet fan within the device works at a high-frequency rate and does not emit almost any noise, making for a very soothing environment wherever you are. This aroma diffuser scents up to 1,200 square feet.
The machine's internal timer is easy to use and provides the maximum level of control as it has a programmable weekly timer that allows for up to four unique run periods to best suit your aromatization schedule. In addition, it has an LED screen that makes it easy to set the dew time throughout the day, it will show you when the mist is ready or when the machine is plugged. Precision-engineered titanium reeds deliver an ultra-fine mist and eliminate the chance of leaks or drips.
We also offer a lock for the fragrance compartment and you can also lock the settings so that no child can access it without your consent.
Note: All the fragrances and diffusers are safe for kids, animals, hypoallergenic and cruelty-free.
Using Your Diffuser
Note: If the bottle is not inserted firmly or straight, the oil will leak out. Make sure the bottle is positioned correctly

Technical specifications:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Our shipping policy is designed to ensure our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that we only ship to addresses within the United States.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, the total order value must be over $399 for one-time purchases, or over $99 for subscriptions. If the order total does not meet these requirements, shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the items being shipped. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Our standard processing time for orders is 1 business day, and orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time, which may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

I was really looking forward to receiving this item. I have a friend who uses it and highly recommend it. When I received the box the unit seemed to be damaged by the liquid that was inside the unit.
Update: 8/2/2023- I want to update my review: At the time of my initial review I was not aware customer service had replied to my issue. Immediately, after I submitted my review I got a text message from Santiago. He reminder me customer service had replied, but I did not check my junk mail and it was there. I apologize. I explained my issue, Santiago checked with his technicians for troubleshooting, but it did not fix the problem. Santiago offer to replace the diffuser, but he went beyond just replace he upgrade to the Colosseum XL diffuser. Plus, he added a gift just for the inconvenience. I want to thank Santiago and the other customer service rep for an outstanding service. Looking forward to receiving my replacement diffuser and will provide an updated review. 8/2/2023 I have a small diffuser and it work great for small to medium rooms. After carefully reviewing the colosseum diffuser, I decided to order one. After opening the package, and connecting the diffuser, the instructions are very hard to understand. After several attempts with the buttons working some times then get stuck and then just stop working less that a week after receiving the item. Now, the buttons will not work so I cannot program any events. There is no instructions about the wi-fi beside to hold the mode button for 5 seconds to reset. What is the wi-fi use for. I have contacted customer service and no response about the buttons stop working. For the price you pay for this machine, you would think it would be good quality and decent customer service. If you purchase this diffuser, beware of the fine print of the warranty and return policy. I don’t want to return the item just provide customer service and or provide one that works. All I can say try at your own risk, or you may have a very expensive diffuser that will be nothing but a heavy paper weight.
