The main difference between both is that in a cold air diffuser we don't use water or heat. Our devices disperses an aroma into the air in a fine dry mist of nano-particles. This means the diffuser filters cold air from your space and then diffuses the oils into the air as an ultra-dry mist. Dispersing scent with cold air is the safest and cleanest way to fill a room with perfume. The reason behind this is that cold air does not dilute the scented oils, disperse other unneeded substances into the air, or leave a residue. Our HVAC diffusers works through the device's cold/hot air diffusion technology. This technology breaks down fragrance oils into a dry mist of nanoparticles using cold filtered air. This fine, dry, scented mist is released into the air conditioning ducts and sends a consistent, even, delicious scent experience to all areas served by the central air conditioning system.

Aromatter® oil scents are a blend of therapeutic-grade essential and perfume-quality fragrance. Our fragrances are designed to preserve all the therapeutic benefits of essential oils and provide the best aroma quality. We only work with hypoallergenic fragrances that comply with IFRA (The international Fragrance Association) and that have the highest levels of safety on the market.

Our fragranced oils are designed to be used only with our diffusers. Our oils are manufactured with a specific viscosity that guarantees optimal aroma distribution and does not damage the internal components of the diffusers. Using other oil may break your diffuser and will void your diffuser warranty.

It is not recommended to apply our oils to the skin even though they are essential and have plant essences because they are pure (not diluted). If you get oil on your hands or skin, wash the area with soap and water. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Essential oils are oils that are obtained by mechanical pressing or distillation, they are concentrated plant extracts that preserve the natural smell and flavor of their origin. We offer two types of diffusers with the latest air technology. The first option is the portable line of diffusers which can work anywhere by simply plugging it into an electrical outlet. These diffusers do not require central air conditioning. On the other hand, our second choice is HVAC diffusers, these require a central air conditioning system to operate and disperse the scent through the ductwork of your home or business.

The main difference is that a freestanding diffuser plugs in and works anywhere there is an electrical outlet. On the other hand, the HVAC diffusers are connected to your air conditioning system, providing a broader and more uniform coverage in the entire place. b) Our hybrid unit: Colosseum Diffuser, Colosseum XL Diffuser and Big Ben Diffuser. This can be used independently or connected to your air conditioning system.
c) Our HVAC unit: the most powerful and bigger diffuser, the Empire state Diffuser, can only be connected to the HVAC system and scents larger spaces.

Yes, you can use the fan option or heat settings in the central A/C system. Warm air will give you a stronger fragrance experience, that’s why we recommend you turn the intensity down.

The suggested intensity should be between 25-35% so that the essence lasts the whole month (using it 8 hours a day). If you want less intensity, we recommend between 10 and 15% and if you want a strong and concise intensity, we recommend 60%.

As a personal recommendation, we suggest our customers place their diffusers in the main area of ​​their homes or businesses. If you use one of our free-standing diffusers, place it where you want to feel the greatest intensity of aroma. If you are using one of our HVAC connected diffusers, the scent will disperse evenly throughout the area that the air conditioner covers so you don't have to worry about choosing the best spot for your diffuser.

No maintenance is needed for the diffusers. The only requirement for the diffuser to continue working is to the empty bottle once the fragrance runs out. It is usually once a month depending on the use. If needed, you can clean your diffuser internally with alcohol every 90 days.

No! Changing the oil is super simple and does not need a technician but we are always here to help our clients so that we can arrange a meeting to change the oil.
